Wonderful base for 1 night with super-friendly and outstandingly accommodating staff with grumpy unfriendly staff member. Good location adjacent to the Catlins, Owaka, and Invercargill, stunningly beautiful views...

Honestly no complaints. Possibly the best and great stay for 2 nights. Location - great, just off the shops and cafes, cafes and Owaka the town. Plenty of food options just a short stroll away from the venue.

Location just next door to the Catlins, and surrounding areas. Also, opposite the museum.

The highlight of our stay was definitely the restaurant serving local cuisine. The food was so delicious, it was like a symphony of flavors in our mouths. Each dish was carefully crafted and beautifully presented, making us feel like we were dining in a Michelin-starred establishment. We couldn't resist going back for seconds!

    Noisy late-night laundry.

I indulged in delicious local cuisine at the restaurant and had a great time exploring the surrounding area. The free private parking was a lifesaver for my fancy car.

Who needs internet access and modern amenities, right? I had so much fun in the Dark Ages!

I always come back here because it's perfect for me. They have everything I need - free Wi-Fi, a bar, and a restaurant. The staff even helped with a taxi number on my first stay. Coming back soon for another trip!

The food in the bar was excellent and well priced. We had a delicious meal without breaking the bank. The staff were very nice and helpful, always ready to assist us with any questions or concerns. the location of the hotel was great, with easy access to nearby attractions and activities. We were able to explore the area without much hassle.

Our room was uncomfortably hot and stuffy due to the excess sunlight. The blind provided did little to block out the heat and the noise it made whenever there was a breeze was quite bothersome.
